- Repairs
- You send the defective component to us. We repair these in short term. For many
components we offer an exchange price (half of the new price).
- Telephone advices
- Our service engineers give advises to you by phone. The telephone advices
are free for our customers! It can be always also in English language.
- Service visit locally
- After previous telephone clarifying a service visit at the customer is
possible.
In each case we try to offer a short term assistance.
- Renting systems
- For emergencies it is possible to rent a system from Seichter GmbH. If you
should require a hardware and a software update of your
existing system, you can rent a system for the down-time.
Please ask for the conditions.
- Software service
- Basically for all RFP-5 systems a software update is possible. Due to the
continuous advancement of the products it is to be clarified beforehand whether your
available hardware is suitable for an update. The update costs depend on
the purchase date of the license or the last update that has been
made for each device.
Software
updates are send via mail on CD-ROM.
Partly updates are available via email or remote administration.
